Restoring More Than Just Turbochargers: Tru-Marine’s ECP Beach Clean-Up Initiative
Early in the morning with clear skies above, the Tru-Marine team gathered at East Coast Park—not for a technical job or corporate meeting, but to give back to something bigger than all of us: our environment.
As part of our ongoing ESG efforts and in tribute to Singapore’s SG60 milestone, we swapped tools for tongs and headed outdoors for a meaningful beach clean-up. This wasn’t just about removing litter. It was about reinforcing a mindset that’s deeply ingrained in our culture—restoration, renewal, and responsibility.
Across our service stations, Tru-Marine is known for restoring performance and extending the life of turbochargers and engine components. That same spirit guided us on the shores of East Coast Park. Every piece of rubbish picked, every bottle cap found, was a step towards cleaner coastlines and a greener future.
We’re proud of the energy, teamwork, and dedication our members brought to the ground—especially those on our ESG Council who helped organise the initiative. Sustainability isn’t a one-off project; it’s a shared journey, and it starts with small actions like these.
Thank you to everyone who showed up and stood together for a cause that goes beyond business. Let’s continue driving change—on land, at sea, and in the hearts of our people.
