Tru-Marine Marks 48th Anniversary with APEX Food Distribution: Giving Back Through Action
Over the weekend, Tru-Marine proudly celebrated its 48th anniversary—an occasion not only to reflect on nearly five decades of service excellence in marine turbochargers, but also to give back to the community that has supported us throughout our journey.
To mark this meaningful milestone, our team took part in the APEX Redhill Food Distribution, a heartwarming initiative aimed at supporting lower-income households with essential groceries and daily necessities. This effort, organized by APEX and powered by volunteers, provides vital support to families in need, offering more than just food—it brings dignity, care, and a sense of solidarity.
For us at Tru-Marine, the event was more than a community service activity. It was a powerful reminder of what truly matters—people. Amidst the boxes and bags were moments of connection: warm conversations, smiles exchanged, and shared laughter. It was an opportunity to step outside our usual work and stand shoulder to shoulder with others working quietly and tirelessly to uplift the community.
As we celebrate 48 years of innovation, resilience, and dedication in our industry, we also reaffirm our commitment to creating a positive impact beyond our business. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values are not just checkboxes—they are integral to how we operate and grow.
This weekend’s APEX Food Distribution was one small step in our ongoing efforts to serve not just vessels, but the world we live in. We are proud to have contributed, and even more grateful for the chance to be part of something bigger than ourselves.
To all who made this initiative possible—thank you. Here’s to many more years of meaningful milestones, grounded in purpose and shared humanity.
